I, Suzanne Kenney, believe I solved the 1990 Isabella Stewart Gardner art heist and the 1991 James Bourlet Storage Warehouse art fire based on the information I have shared in my previous newsletter issues.
I believe the media has a duty to report from all perspectives, especially based on one's right to the First Amendment. By ignoring, not reporting, or even following up on the information being shared, it would be a violation of that right. Here, it has been more than 13 years since I started sharing this information, and it still hasn't been reported by any media, which is a continued violation of that right. News agencies are responsible for reporting news that is fair and balanced. In addition to the First Amendment, there is also the FCC Fairness Doctrine. What is the Fairness Doctrine? It mandates that broadcasters cover issues of public importance in ways that present opposing perspectives, operating under a view of free speech that privileges an audience's rights to diverse voices and views over broadcasters' narrower First Amendment protections. I believe my First Amendment is being violated by the media. If what I am sharing is a fake story, why have I been allowed to continue to make these statements for more than 13 years on the internet and by mail? Who could have possibly forged all this artwork in such varying styles and time periods? We have a late 1800s painting by Vincent van Gogh and a painting by Eduard Manet, 1920s/1930s Pablo Picassos, 1930s Alexander Calder drawings, 1930-1950s Jane Peterson and Kees van Dongen drawings and paintings. Why does no one want to determine who forged all this artwork? There are stories out there about art forgers, and they are prosecuted for their actions. So if the story I am sharing doesn't depict legit artwork, who created it? Why isn't anyone interested in telling that story and having those responsible prosecuted? Why is this story ignored?
The Vincent van Gogh painting is of the Sultan of Morocco, and that painting alone, if proven authentic, deserves to be shared with the world. Maybe I should seek some legal advice on how I can pursue my First Amendment right to have the information I am sharing reported on. After 13 years, it is clear I am not giving up on having this reported on. I will continue to stand up for my First Amendment right to do so.
