My name is Suzanne Kenney and I have been advocating for TRUTH and trying to be heard for nearly 13 years now. Due to a story my mother was witness to and had direct engagement with. During my research into helping her solve what she was part of I accidentally stumbled upon political corruption to the highest degree. I was so excited to have solved all that I solved I didn’t expect the outcome that would come. The outcome of speaking into the VOID. It is hard to tell someone to imagine themselves in my shoes. This story is unlike any story EVER. I've been sharing my mother’s story for years about how this man visited her at her flea market booth in Okeechobee, Florida (1991–1992) and sold her artwork by master artists. These visits occurred over several months. I was around 20 or 21 at the time and am now 53. Master artists (like Picasso, van Gogh, etc.) were only something you heard about on the news from time to time. You only saw artwork by these artists if you visited a museum. There was no internet or access to online news at this time. What I ended up solving was nearly a billionaire dollars in art crimes done by the man who visited my mother. He ended up being a billionaire, and his visits with my mother were from his guilty conscience, trying to make right with the art world he had done wrong. But he is from a larger billionaire family, and his actions would tarnish them more than him. So his billionaire brothers would do anything to keep his crimes hidden from the world. How in the world have I found myself in such a pickle?... My excitement quickly turned to self-preservation and finding ways to be heard against such a force. The first part I solved was the man’s name. He called himself Ed Koch. He described a life full of love for artwork. That also included his mother enjoying the art world with him. He had a twin brother that he didn’t like, and there were lawsuits among them. Based on the full story of encounters with my mother, when his visits ended it was due to his death at a nearby hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida. That was a mere 15 minutes from the island of Palm Beach, where his billionaire brothers have homes. It wasn’t until around 2010, when I was researching the story again for my mother, that I discovered the man’s full name was Frederick R. Koch. He wasn’t dead, but he was alive and well. I was reaching out to all kinds of people. At first, I started with the authorities. The artwork that was sold to my mother had been damaged. Mr. Koch told my mother that the artwork was saved from a fire at an art storage warehouse. So, when I found the fire, I was stunned. The man’s name, Frederick R. Koch was listed in the article. I knew then that he was definitely the man I was looking for- I had figured out his full name prior to finding the fire. We had thought the fire happened in South Florida, but it turned out the fire was in London. I immediately emailed Lloyds of London (they were the insurance company involved in investigating), sending them photos of the artwork and asking if this artwork was from that fire. Within 24 hours, I was on the phone with Julian Radcliffe. He was all excited, was going to be in America, and wanted to meet with us. Once he learned the name of the person I was claiming sold the artwork to my mother, all contact stopped. That same week, I had a fake call from a “Dr. Londoner” contacting me from an address ¼ mile away from William Koch’s business location. That was my first taste of corruption and the first realization that I might have found myself in something larger than I could ever imagine. Side note: Julian Radcliffe was the lead investigator for this same fire for Lloyds of London; subsequently, he went on to create the Art Loss Register. James Bourlet & Sons 1991 Art Storage warehouse fire destroyed over $100 million in artwork (1991 value), and most of the belongings were owned by Frederick R. Koch. Frederick R. Koch was having a temper tantrum and a meltdown. He was trying to build a museum at his St. James mansion. The London Historical Society was blocking his every move. They cost him millions and still denied all his requests, even having him revert work he already had done. I believe the meltdown was also spurred by a man being murdered (by the mafia) in America for another crime Frederick had committed. The man was murdered 13 days prior to the fire. The Isabella Stewart Art heist occurred in 1990. The man was murdered for a crime he was falsely accused of doing, as Frederick R. Koch and John Olsen did the heist. Shortly after my contact with Julian Radcliffe, I was watching a TV show that had a man named Robert Wittman in it. He was described as a former FBI agent who started an art division in the FBI. I quickly researched online and found a way to contact him. I even met up with him at an art event in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 2012 to share the story in person with him. This art event was right over the bridge from Palm Beach. The Koch brothers were there too, except I didn’t see Frederick. It was after I left that day that I realized the corruption even went to Robert Wittman. During the past 13 years, I have reached out to many news organizations, including the FBI, Interpol, the Art Loss Register, museums, and many more, in an attempt to have this story heard. This story is true and deserves to be told. This story proves the level of corruption and/or how people don’t listen to others. I can’t explain what it is like to stand up for a story so grand and true as to only have my voice continually sent into the void. At this point, my mother’s story is over 30 years old, and I am determined to help my mother have her story heard and acknowledged she is 80 years old now. I have spent the past 13 years continuing this quest to no avail. I have built a website TheArtworkStory.com, and I have published a book on Amazon titled Crime & Canvas.
