We forgot to mention that the fire at the art storage warehouse was October 7, 1991 and Mr. Koch arrived in Mary's life November 1991 selling her artwork by Master Artists. Telling her the damage to the artwork was from it being saved from a fire at an art storage warehouse. 

The 1992 Sotheby's contract below confirms the time period.
